I have read three very funny
books in the last month. “Dating Dead Men”
by Harley Jane Kozak, a hilarious mystery
about a greeting card designer in LA and the
guy she falls for, who is on the run from
the mob. Paperback $12.95
“Gods in Alabama” by Joshilyn
Jackson: When Arlene headed up north for
college she made three promises to God: she
would never lie again, never fornicate
outside marriage, and never, ever go back to
Alabama. All He had to do in exchange was
make sure the body was never discovered.
Hardback $19.95
“The True and Outstanding
Adventures of the Hunt Sisters” by Elisabeth
Robinson. This is a very touching as well as
terribly funny book. It’s a story about
Olivia, a hot shot Hollywood producer, and
her sister, Maddie, an unflagging
optimistic, seriously ill Midwesterner.
Paperback $13.95
